Not understood. Please explain in detail for what reason the first action/turn was wrong 🙏🙏
You always must drive on the left side of the road. After the uturn, the student ended up on the right side, which is the wrong side
Was he just supposed to crash into the car in his lane? Or?
No, but there was no need to go to the wrong side of the road
Vin???
This was very helpful.👍👌
Thank you for this very useful video!
What went wrong? Please explain
After finishing the uturn, he ended up on the wrong side of the road
@@drivingtestaustralia I mean I guess he over turned but could have been just avoiding the car that was parked
@@drivingtestaustralia pretty sure he was just avoiding the car there mate
I didn't get it, as he was still driving on the left side of the road after finishing u turn? My only issue is u turn is not supposed to be done on a T intersection?
I thought we could cross on red
Awesome. Will be watching this for the next two weeks before my driving test 😊
In the UK we used to indicate Right then Left to go straight on large roundabouts with 2 lanes.
Thank you for this great video presentation. It tells all.
As an aussie, that's exactly how we were taught. If you're driving through the roundabout, you indicate left to exit as it allows the other drivers to identify that you're leaving the rounabout.
Roundabouts are designed wrong everywhere. Suppose we were going the other direction then 1. Yielding would be the same side as in a street, 2. No difference in yielding depending on a car leaves the roundabout or not.
I feel more confident after watching this video, thank you so much
So everywhere else in the world you would indicate, except Australia, got it.
UK aswell
When you're going straight through a cross type mini roundabout don't indicate at all. Only indicate if you're changing direction (left or right turn).
thats what i would do too
I wouldn't, but only because I live in a country where we drive on the right. So I'd signal right before exiting the roundabout.
@@fedos obviously blinking for the correct direction, if its left or rightdriven ;)
If you are watching this video and from VIC or NSW, you should not be driving anymore. You will be a moving bomb. The rules are so clear in both NSW and VIC learner driver book. If u dont get it clearly your IQ is too low to operate a vehicle. thanks
Weirdo
Nice tip. Some drivers dont know this and usually the 1d1ots who drive at night with no headlights AND people who likes to walk inside the slip lane and not the sidewalk (in our country). That is the reason why our city place a signal light on those slip lanes and a wall so no pedestrian can go inside.
I was beginning to think that there was something wrong with my Swift until I watched this video. Well explained, thank you!
Remember clearly that in Australia, it always has a free left turn.
I had am argument with my brother when he didn't indicate for a slip lane. He gave me the "I've been driving for 40 years" bullshit. There is no rule about not needing to indicate. It's not mentioned. So, left turn means left indicator. I should share this video with him.
Fantastic work, I hope you have a wonderful weekend ❤
When doing a reverse parallel park do I have to look out the back window or is that only for reverse exercise? I have my test in 4 days
Mostly looking out the back window and all around the car
Amazing instructor.
I rate the Supercars on the tv
12:30 was that turn okay? To me it looked like he should have waited until after that car, looked a bit close by the time her turned.
Ideally, he could have waited for that car, but still, the turn wasn't dangerous
My cars hand brake is a button, how do i use it
I want immigration Australia drive car😊😊😊
Thanks
Next lesson: Learning to drive on the proper side of the road
What do you mean 💀
Jeremy needs to revive his channel
Thanks very useful
👍👍👍
wow stunning 💚
Just so weird to me. Steering wheel on the right side. And driving on the left side of the road.
Watch your mirrors when leving a roundabout, both sides...
This is the best explanation so far I have seen, Big thank you to you for making this video, I failed my test because I don't have a better understanding of reverse bay parking even though I got it right into the bay but I failed to due the observation very well as required. I will watch this video over and over again and come back to give testimony of my success. Thank you.
"Already" being the operative word. BUT, in Australia, most people treat it as " traffic approaching the roundabout from the right has right of way" It does not matter that you are there already and they are only approaching the roundabout. I've had people race through from the right even though they were 5 metres from the roundabout. The behaviour is: "I'm approaching (not in it) the roundabout from your right, therefore you have to wait even if I'm nowhere near it yet.
Bro indicated to go straight on 🙄
No, he indicated he was leaving the roundabout....
You must indicate your intent to leave the roundabout by signalling with your left indicator when nearing your exit
Yep, that's how you correctly exit a roundabout.
indicating is required only on two lane roundabouts?
@svetlanat3198 if you are leaving your lane, (even if you're in a one lane) you are still supposed to use your turn signal. How is it that hard to grasp..
Good looking guy
Amazing
The busy streets of Australia.
Why the first one is wrong?
Please write steps and show parking
How do I know that I'm on the right line?
In the video he is crossing hands when steering check 10:06. Is it allowed?
Yes. Nothing wrong with that. Check this video: ua-cam.com/video/AUx_XkFd3FQ/v-deo.htmlsi=Kvye-vfbOsrXFREI
Thanks for a very informative video. However, I noted that you continually mention "giving way" at a STOP sign. In fact you have to come to a complete stop, then give way as necessary. This is an important difference to a GIVE WAY sign where a complete stop may not always be required.
You're welcome. Yes, the stop sign rules have been explained in this video. I recommend you watch the video to the end. Also, this video explains the stop sign rules to the fullest: ua-cam.com/video/wQgnXOfCxmI/v-deo.htmlsi=8E11v7x8BcoMz99o
Well, he didn’t come to a complete stop . if he was in this country, He would’ve got a ticket, but I guess in Australia it’s permissible.
There was no stop sign there. So there is no need to come to a complete stop
Its a give way or yeild in the usa. If its not posted as a stop or give way look at the lines on the road. A solid line is stop and broken line giveway. If no sign or lines its a giveway.
